Court okays EFCC’s request to freeze Bauchi govt account

Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Monday, granted the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s prayer to freeze the operational account of the state domiciled in a new generation bank.

The judge, which adjourned the matter to September 3, urged the commission to put the party concerned on notice of the order within 21 days.
